All the employees were caring and attentive. Brand-new hotel room, it was large with extremely comfy beds and large bathroom. The fact that Insurgentes subway station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

The room was well cleaned and cool enough, breakfast was warm! Marvelous location made it easy to get to key attractions. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Los Murales that was only 5 minutes' walk away, I loved its location.

We loved our pet-friendly rooms, plus the staff was incredibly professional. Wi-Fi, climate control and flat-screen TV in the room, the best location. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options - coffee, bread, pancakes and cereal. A stunning beach, incredible view. It was exceptional time in Mexico City.
